We ordered a bistro menu $29.95 for three course meal at the bar section. I believe they change the menu monthly. This is served early evening only, but it’s great and we get same great service. The potion used to be a little small, but now the potion is bigger. Our waiter Nick was very professional and nice. It has been 40 years here and still going strong. Their wine selection is great and you can find not very pricey wine, too!!" -dublinKG

"We loved the vibe of the restaurant. Cozy decor and very fun atmosphere. Everything we ordered was delicious. We split the beet salad which was fantastic. It had a few different ingredients than most beet salads, which made it very interesting. We also had the roast chicken, which we also enjoyed every last drop of. Great drinks, and our waiter Chris was very attentive and thoroughly explained the specials and other dishes to us. Top it off with a piece of homemade pie, and it was a perfect meal." - petey126
"Friends invited us here, we had been past it several times, but never had tried it. Very comfortable, wonderful atmosphere. Fantastic service! Staff could describe menu items as if from photographic memory! Really interesting menu. We shared the pickles and the most amazing deviled eggs I have ever had! Our friends shared the fried chicken dinner, I sampled, SO good! There was so much food, they still couldn't finish it. My husband had the seafood boil, as great as he has ever had on any coast, he couldn't even manage to eat the bread, so I ate several bites of it dipped in the buttery sauce. I had the blue crab which turned out to be more like crab salad, cold, fresh, ALL crab meat, so good!! Can't wait to go back again." - nitroliz
"Made reservations for two for dinner. Valet parking was no joy. They were backed up and undermanned to effectively provide this service. After two passes around the block we had to park on the third floor of a nearby garage. We were taken to our table promptly. When I went to sit down, I noticed the seat of my chair had not been cleaned and had some kind of sticky syrupy, goo on it. I had to switch it out myself. I told the bus boy the chair I switched needed attention. No one cleaned it and they later seated an unsuspecting guest in it before we can warn them. So, glitches out of the way. Our waitress was marvelous and food was up standards we’ve come to love at The Pearl. Enjoyed a Czech beer with my oysters and some The Pearl’s fried chicken." - Veteran Travel

"My wife and I enjoyed “date night” at the Sycamore last night. It was a great experience. We would typically go to Lindey’s or G. Michael’s when going to German Village. However, this was a great alternative. The places was packed and such a great vibe! I really loved the cocktails. I’m partial to Bourbon(/bourbon whiskey). I was impressed they had High West (from Park City) and I enjoyed the Cowboy Killer and the City Park Manhattan. Both were excellent. I also loved the food. I had the shishoto peppers as an app and the Tuna entree. Both were great. There were a ton of great options - particularly the small plates. I was impressed at how many couples were splitting meals. The staff were all extremely professional and helpful. Christina(?) was our waitress and she did a great job." - Greg P

What couples say about COSI
"COSI is a treat to visit. The property sits on the Scioto River in the heart of downtown Columbus. There are play areas outside as well as inside. We enjoy seeing the National Geographic films which are only $8.00. You can see these fils without paying entrance into the center. You can park here, enjoy the science center and then take a short walk to enjoy the city views and eateries. Check out Brew Dog in Franklinton- just a short walk west and sit on the rooftop patio. Enjoy the sunset in the evening on the river." - discoverandi
"I loved the museum!!! What a fantastic place for children and families. There is something of interest for all ages. I enjoyed browsing the Dinosaur exhibit- so informative!!! The gadgets section was fun!!! The children's sections were fantastic!!! You must visit here on your next trip to Columbus!!! Great place to entertain your grandkids!!!" - cathyp1953
"My husband and I had a blast here. A lot of the exhibit are geared for kids to have fun but adults can play too! We got the "do-it-all" passes so we could watch the apollo 11 movie, play in the simulator a couple times (they have a bunch of 5ish minutes programs to choose from), and go into the planetarium and special exhibits. It was worth the $40 each. We got there shortly after 10a and left around 4p. You can do everything in a shorter amount of time but we're kids at heart and played in the exhibits." - randomfreckles87

"The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and fun - diverse group of diners gives creates a great atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the food is unbelievable. The veal meatballs are second to none, would highly recommend the appetizer and the Fettuccini and Meatball - my Italian lineage wouldn't agree but the meal is fantastic! Would highly recommend to anyone, great for date night or a large business function. This is the best Italian food in Columbus." - Fred
"We travel often. East coast, west coast, New Orleans, and unfortunately live in Indiana. We found ourselves in Columbus due to a family tragedy. We stayed in and loved the North Short. Good food is always available. And then there is Marcella’s....amazing wine list, innovative house cocktails. And the food. Graze through the menu or get serious and order an entree. It is all amazing. No rush, no worries, great service, great small restaurant ambiance. And we would be remiss if we did not give a huge shout out to our professional, gracious, and informed server Brooke. Run don’t walk, you will only be disappointed if you do not dine at this wonderful establishment." - Zeldascott
"Their happy hour is fantastic with 1/2 off all appetizers. We honestly could have made a full meal out of appetizers. We love the giant meatball appetizer and calamari!! We also really love the eggplant parmigiana and gnocchi. Great Italian meal." - Lynn C

"This place was hopping when my wife and I stopped in. Luckily we were just grabbing a few beers and were able to find a seat at the bar. The beer here was pretty good and they have a nice presentation of their flights. We didn't eat here, but the food looked really good. We wanted to stop back in and grab some food, but ran out of time on our visit. Definitely a lively place." - Brian C
"On a rainy day in Columbus we walked around the arena district and decided to give Barley's brewing a chance and we did not regret it! Their stack high nachos are delicious and our server Collin is an excellent server ask for him when you go in , he was very helpful when picking what beers to choose for the beer flights, he also recommended the pear margarita which was amazing, overall would definitely recommend going here aside from all the restaurants in the area" - Crystal D.
"Was driving through town and decided to come back after not being here for over 20 years. My husband and I got to know each other here when we went to grad school eons ago. Remembered the food was great. We were not disappointed. It was busy. Service was fast and very attentive. I had the turkey nut burger with broccoli. My husband had the veggie burger on the Greek salad. Hottest wings for my nephew and Mediterranean pasta for my son. Hummus appetizer. Everything was fresh and yummy. IPA was meh but the food made up for it." - Lori D.
